How to get the most from this…

Be Intentional
We suggest you plan to look this over somewhere you can focus on the teaching videos and responses; somewhere that is free of distractions. Set aside 25-30 minutes to go through all the aspects in one sitting. You can expect four short videos with reflection questions for you to pray through.

Reflect Honestly
Look inward honestly. Pray for God to reveal something new in your heart. Also, write out what God is speaking to you! It’s a proven exercise to help you grow.
